FROM WEST: Northern State Pkwy east to end of highway, which becomes Veterans Memorial Hwy (Rt. 454). Continue on Veterans Memorial Hwy for two miles. At fork, bear left onto Route 347 (Smithtown by-pass). Continue three miles to Southern Blvd. At light make u-turn, Shalom Memorial Chapel on your right. Long Island Expwy (Rt. 495) to exit 53 North (Sagtikos Parkway). To exit SM1 (Northern State Parkway) East, then follow directions above. Southern State Parkway east to exit 41A (Sagtikos Parkway) north to exit SM1 (Northern State Parkway) east, then follow directions above.
FROM EAST: Long Island Expressway (Rt 495) west to exit 59 (Ocean Ave). North on Ocean Ave, Ocean Ave will change names to Rosevale Ave. Take Rosevale to end. Make left onto Smithtown Blvd to Southern Blvd. Turn right onto Southern Blvd to Smithtown By-pass (Rt. 347). Turn left onto Smithtown By-pass (Rt. 347). Shalom Memorial Chapel on right.
